Express delivery and reduced lead times
Our Express Delivery service is designed to help avoid last minute headaches. We can deliver your products to site without causing delays to on-site work in as little as five working days, once your order has been confirmed and payment has been made. Manufacturing specialist
As specialists in roofing and flooring manufacturing, we offer a full design, production and delivery service for timber solutions. We use off-site manufacturing to deliver high quality products, such as Trussed Rafters, Spandrel Panels, Posi-Joists and JJI Joists, which are manufactured in our specialist factories and delivered to site ready to be installed. Design
No matter the project, our specialist design service delivers quality designs bespoke to each project at no additional cost. With 14 Design Centres spread across the UK, you’re never far from one of our experts who will work closely alongside you from your initial enquiry to ensure your project is delivered exactly as required. Virtual Site Measures
If you’re looking for on site support and you are short of time, we offer a Virtual Site Measure service to make sure you have the confidence to check our approvals before manufacture. This service also offers a more environmentally friendly process, as it can help reduce excess trips to site, cutting down on travel emissions.
When you opt to use this service, one of our Technical Support Managers will be on-hand via phone call to help you take accurate measurements, which will be fed back to our design team who will ensure your design is updated and ready for manufacture.

Design Centres
Our Design Centres are located all across the UK including; London & South East, North, Midlands, Scotland, and South West. When you choose to work with us, one of our design colleagues will call you to understand your roof or floor requirements, and work with you to create bespoke package tailored exactly to your needs. 3D modelling
We create high-quality engineered timber solutions through our software PAMIR, and provide a free 3D link to view your project. Having this 3D model ensures everyone involved in the project is working from the most up-to-date design. This also helps when working on more complex projects, as the design can be viewed from different angles. The 3D model can also be accessed through a QR code, which can be added onto site packs to allow contractors to see how the design is put together.
