Off-Site Solutions Awards has Launched!

The past four years Pasquill has held an annual staff awards, celebrating its’ employees who go above and beyond at Pasquill. This year, with the introduction of the new Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions Division, colleagues will be celebrating across four brands – International Timber, Pasquill, Roofspace Solutions and Scotframe.

The nominations are now open and colleagues across the division are nominating their fellow colleagues, and teams, across the following categories:

Outstanding Contribution

This award will be presented to a colleague who has delivered a campaign or initiative above and beyond their role that has either benefited the business, their team or their local community.

Innovation Award

This award will be awarded to a colleague who has been innovative and has introduced something new/different which has gained positive results.

Best Collaboration

The Best Collaboration will be awarded to a colleague or team who have initiated a cross-brand, team or department piece of work that has achieved positive results, benefitting all parties.

Newcomer of the Year

The Newcomer of the Year will be awarded to a team member who has made a significant impact on the business within a short period of time (less than two year and more than six months).

Outstanding Contribution to EHS

Awarded to the individual who has made a positive impact to the business, to others and to themselves within the Environmental and Health & Safety area.

Operations/Team of the Year

Awarded to a site/team that is the epitome of operational or manufacturing excellence, providing outstanding service, product quality and support to customers and colleagues and demonstrating the highest standards in EHS performance, delivery performance and business controls.

Design/Sales Team of the Year

This award will be awarded to a team that demonstrates the highest standards in EHS, sales performance, customer experience, outstanding service and systems compliance – who live the Saint-Gobain Attitude of Building an Open and Engaging Culture in their branch / business.
