Pasquill wins big at OSS Awards
We were delighted to see our Pasquill colleagues enjoy big successes at the 2022 OSS Awards in Coventry.
The awards, which happened alongside the annual Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions conference, featured all the divisional brands, including International Timber, Intrastack, Roofspace Solutions and Scotframe, with colleagues across all the brands being recognised for their hard work and achievements over the past year.
With seven awards available on the night, Pasquill colleagues managed to take home three, making it a very successful night for us! Pasquill colleagues came out on top in the following categories:
Operations Team of the Year – Pasquill Inverness
Ian Hughes, Operations Manager at Pasquill Inverness, said: “My team and I are very proud of what has been achieved and recognised over the last 12 months at Inverness. We have worked hard to embrace Saint-Gobain Principles of Conduct as well as Principles of Action. This has brought inclusiveness and accountability to all of the team as we focus on safety, quality, staff retention and our customer’s needs.
“We are all delighted to win this award which in turn will motivate us all to continue to engage with our passion to deliver safety on-site, high levels of customer service, efficiency and quality.”
Design/Sales Team of the Year – Pasquill Uddingston
Paul Doherty, Design Office Manager of Pasquill Uddingston, said: ” I am delighted to have had the pleasure of receiving this award on behalf of our team. 2021 was a difficult year for all but throughout, each member of the team put the work and effort in to ensure that our customers were kept satisfied and we hit the targets that we had set for ourselves as a team. I am very proud of the team’s performance and sure this will be carried on into 2022.”
Collaboration of the Year – Pasquill Chorley and Intrastack
Andy Higson, Business Director at Intrastack said: “The collaboration between the Intrastack and Pasquill Chorley Operational teams has been a key driving force behind the successful launch-to-market of the Intrastack business – we are now to-market and delivering our first projects.
“The wider nominations for best collaboration were all strong contenders, and I am extremely proud of the significance of this achievement, along with being truly grateful to all of those involved along the way.”
Congratulations to all of our great colleagues, including Kevin Napier, Barbara Wieczorek and Claire Godley who were also nominated for awards on the night after winning the OSS awards at the Pasquill brand level. We’re very proud of the successes we’ve had this year and hope to take home even more awards next year.
Meanwhile, the other winners on the night included Robert Boyle of Scotframe winning Outstanding Contribution to EHS, Graham Tonner of Scotframe winning Best Innovation, Laura McKenzie of Scotframe winning Best Newcomer and Ani Glaudot of Roofspace Solutions winning Outstanding Contribution to OSS.
Ross Baxter, Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions Managing director, said: “I would like to congratulate all of our winners and finalists on their incredible achievements this year, and we are so proud to honour just a few of them at the OSS awards. Well done to all our colleagues on a great achievement, you should all be very proud of yourselves.”
