Pasquill Leeds Showcase New Investment
In June, Pasquill Leeds welcomed around 30 Jewson Managers to view the investments and improvements made at its site.
The day involved a short presentation from Sales Director, Chris Powell, followed by a chance to meet the team and a tour around the site, with a lovely Yorkshire Pudding Wrap for lunch.
Significant investment has been made to the site to help improve productivity, quality and overall customer service. This has been done through upgrading the cladding, signage and the refurbishment of the offices, toilets and canteen facilities. An AV Birch Magna Truss System was installed, which offers a simple, but effective, method of producing roof trusses to suit our wide ranging customer base.
Colin Skirving, Site Operations Manager at Leeds, commented, “Our open day was a great opportunity to meet our local Jewson colleagues and build a great relationship with them, as well as showcasing the investments and improvements made to the site over the past few years. It also gave Jewson an insight into how our roof trusses are manufactured. It was a great day had by all, especially as the rain stayed away!”
