NEWCOMER OF THE YEAR: Jordan Wagstaff
The Newcomer of the Year award celebrates the newest members of the team, their achievements since joining the business and outstanding performance.
The judges said: “Jordan started with Pasquill in May 2023 and had an immediate effect on the sales figures. Jordan came with many of his own contacts and immediately used these relationships to the benefit of Pasquill.
Very shortly after Jordan started, his role changed to cover another sister brand, Roofspace Solutions, as did the team. He took to this in the right way, striving to learn about the new products and new business ways of working. Jordan leads the way with his reporting and hitting all KPI’s set to him. The customers all trust Jordan to do his best for them.”
Jordan said: “I am extremely delighted to win Newcomer of the Year, I have had a fantastic start to the business. My first 8 months have been incredible. I have felt so welcome by everyone and feels like I have been here years! The achievements the business have made is brilliant and it’s a testament to the fantastic teams, I have around me. I am certainly looking forward to a successful year ahead with Pasquill & Roofspace Solutions.”
CUSTOMER HERO: Chris Hardiman
The Customer Hero Award recognises an individual who has consistently gone above and beyond in providing an outstanding experience to our customers.
The judge said: “Chris joined the Pasquill team in October 2022, he came from outside this industry and into a brand-new role for Pasquill. Chris has really made this role his own, his communication with the site managers is second to none. He’s made some fantastic relationships both with customers and colleagues across the off-site division.
The impact Chris and his role has had within Pasquill is a fantastic achievement. He really is on the frontline when it comes to issues on-site, and he has the skills to A – deal with the issue and B – see it all the way through to the end. Chris has to adapt his approach and deal with multi levels across National Housebuilders, Site managers, Construction Directors and Buying Heads. The feedback we have received about Chris has all been positive. He really is a customer Hero and always puts the Customer first whilst protecting Pasquill.”
Chris said: “To win the Customer Hero award for Pasquill was amazing but to win it overall against other deserving colleagues from the business was unbelievable. A big thank you to the team around me also as I would not have won this without their help & support.”
DARE TO CARE: Bogdan Janik & Grzegorx Osik
The Dare to Care Award recognises a colleague or colleagues who have made a unique impact on our Health and Safety culture and embodies the philosophy of Dare to Care.
The judges said: “It’s always great to have an opportunity to celebrate the Environment, Health & safety (EHS) success stories within Off-Site Solutions, and this Dare to Care award recognises an individual or Team who have gone above and beyond to reduce risk and improve Health and Safety.
This year’s winner stepped up and identified a significant risk regarding Manual Handling, they worked with the Continuous Improvement, Engineers and EHS Teams to develop a new method for handling the final product off the production line that reduced manual handling and improved productivity. This method is now being rolled out to the other Pasquill sites and across the Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions division.”
Bogdan said: “I’m really delighted to win this nomination and the success. The only way to do great work is to love what you do.‘’
Grzegorz said: “I’m glad to be nominated and become a winner. People who care about each other enjoy doing things for one another’’
