Pasquills Parent Company Acquires SIG Roofspace Ltd
Pasquill’s parent company, Saint-Gobain, have announced their acquisition of SIG RoofSpace Ltd, the UK’s leading supplier of panelised room-in-roof systems.
The business will be known as Roofspace and will report to Ross Baxter, Managing Director of Timber Group.
RoofSpace is focussed on servicing housebuilders and offers a complete design, manufacture and installation service for panelised roofing systems, which aims to save housebuilders considerable time on new-build development sites.
The acquisition of Roofspace further accelerates Saint-Gobain’s capability to serve the rapidly expanding off-site manufacturing sector. This business compliments Saint-Gobain’s off-site expertise through Pasquill, roof truss supplier, Scotframe, timber frame houses and the Saint-Gobain steel frame systems offer.
