How training works
We strongly believe in developing our employees to help them carry out their role effectively, but also to help them grow and achieve their full potential.
Whatever your role you’ll follow a structured development plan from the first day of joining us. We have an extensive learning and development offer and being part of Saint-Gobain means we have access to even more training opportunities.

Mark Evans, Trainee Designer at our site in Chorley, worked in the yard for a year starting as a Labourer and working his way up on the Cassette Line. When the opportunity of Trainee Designer became available at Chorley, Mark jumped at the opportunity.
“It is great to be able to work for a company that supports your career aspirations. I have been provided with so much support from Pasquill and I am excited to develop my skills as a Trainee Designer,” Mark commented.

Heather joined Pasquill as a Trainee Designer and has worked her way up through various roles in the Design Team. Heather now works as National Sales Manager, supporting and developing her team and travelling across the UK to meet Pasquill’s customers.
“I had started my career as Pasquill as a Trainee Designer and realised very quickly the support and development Pasquill could offer me. My progression is a prime example of the support and training Pasquill and my Line Managers have provided me. I feel very privileged to be a part of a business that values employee development and encourages my career aspirations,” commented Heather.
