Level 3 Apprenticeship in Design & Draughting
Our Apprenticeship Scheme has been running for 3 years under our Learning and Development programme, which is available to all Pasquill colleagues.
As part of our ambition to create a continuous pipeline of talent, we have recruited a cohort of Trainee Designer Apprentices, who are in the process of completing a Design and Draughting Level 3 Apprenticeship programme.
This programme includes a Level 3 BTEC in Construction in the Built Environment, as well as eight weeks’ specialist training with the accredited provider – T3 Training.

What do our Apprentices learn?
The programme provides our apprentices with the technical knowledge and skills to understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications. It also enables them to create their own detailed and accurate designs to meet our customer’s needs.
Pasquill apprentices follow a structured training plan, where they learn about the whole process of fulfilling our customer’s orders, from start to finish.
They also learn all about our products and design processes, gaining valuable skills in how to communicate effectively with our customers to ensure they always receive excellent service.
We are proud to have a dedicated Sales and Training Manager who mentors all Trainee Designers as they progress through their apprenticeship.

What our Apprentices have to say…
